What's your return policy?

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Shipping and return fees will apply.

How do I return an item?

Ensure the tee is completely unused with tags and packaging intact. Visit your order page and initiate a return. Select the tees and schedule a pickup. We provide one pickup attempt as a courtesy, but it’s not guaranteed.

What if the pickup doesn't work?

You'll need to arrange the return yourself.

Can I return Final Sale or Clearance items?

No. Final Sale and Clearance items are sold as-is, may have imperfections, and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Do you charge shipping for exchanges?

Yes, shipping fees are always applied at checkout.

Are there any restrictions on using store credit?

Yes, store credit can only be used on full-price items and is valid for one year from the date it’s issued. It is non-refundable and can not be applied to sale or discounted products.

What happens to my free shipping or combo discount if I return or exchange something?

If you return or exchange items, the value of any free shipping or combo discount will be deducted from your refund.
